  every one discriminates, and everyone is discriminated against, at some time.

  discrimination is using your judgment to make decisions about whom you will associate or reward with use of your time and property.

  all people discriminate in their personal associations constantly -- you discriminate in whom you choose as your friends, lovers and business associates.

  Again, I'd like to point out that there are different senses of the word, as mentioned in the dictionary... one having to do with discernment, and one having to do with prejudice, or "pre-judgement".

  And as far as "common sense" preventing prejudiced behavior, I'll side with Albert Einstein: "Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen."

  If you have Photoshop, you can open PDF's and save them as various files, including using "Save for web" and selecting "JPEG" and creating a jpeg image.

  a very interesting film.

  note: i'm an athiest, and went to watch it purely out of curiosity, since it generated such huge waves of publicity.. i really liked the fact that they recorded it in aramaic and colloquail latin - it's much better to have a roman general saying "veritas?

  I avoid violent films. If I didn't go see "Kill Bill", with Uma Thurman looking like a million bucks, then I am sure not going to see Jesus get a six-pack of whup-ass opened on him.

  Y0u should note that that "Selecting Text" tool in Acrobat does not work if:

  1) The text was scanned in as a graphic image without having been OCR-converted to "text". (In other words, if you have pictures of letters that the comuter sees as pics, not ASCII text.)

  2) If the creator of the PDF file saved it with password-protected security, and deselcted "Select Text". This is common with people who do not want their document modified or cut-and-pasted in any way...

  I think you are reading too much... the sun's out, for cryin' out loud!

  I think that that interpretation is awfully open-minded of ol' CTR. While I am not a "woo-woo" person by temperament, I have seen a few things that I can't explain. I ascribe them to laws of the universe that I don't undertstand, and on which I should not rely.

  food at the assembly

  remember a few years ago 97 and down even more there use to be food at the assemblys(not the big rent-astadium ones).

  i remember back then probally being 5,6,7,8 they use to give out food like hots hamburgers chips and so.

  any idea why there isnt anymore?
